2. Multiple Payments
Some users thought their payment had failed, so they attempted to pay again. This led them to purchase multiple WhaleDown subscriptions in a single day.
In this case, please activate one of the subscriptions first. Then, please contact us to request a refund for your other subscriptions.
3. Forgot to cancel subscription
Some users have stopped using WhaleDown but forgot to cancel their subscription. PayPal will automatically deduct the payment after the current subscription cycle ends.
In this situation, you can contact us to cancel your subscription and request a refund for the new transaction.
