Cancel Subscription
When you no longer need to use WhaleDown in the future, we recommend that you cancel your subscription. This avoids unnecessary deductions.
Please note that if the current subscription is still valid, you can continue to use WhaleDown even if you cancel the subscription.
tip
If you haven't made a final decision, we recommend you pause your subscription instead of cancel it.
Steps to Cancel on Desktop
- Log In: Go to PayPal and sign in.
- Settings: Click the gear/cog icon in the top right.
- Payments: Select the "Payments" tab.
- Manage: Click "Manage Automatic Payments".
- Select Merchant: Choose the subscription you want to cancel on the left.
- Cancel: Click "Cancel" and confirm by selecting "Stop automatic payments".
Steps to Cancel on Mobile App
- Open the PayPal app and log in.
- Tap your Profile icon/Menu.
- Select "Payments" or "Manage Payments".
- Tap "Subscriptions" or "Automatic Payments".
- Select the merchant and tap "Remove PayPal" or "Cancel".
